Individual portfolios documenting each child's learning journey are maintained and shared with families.
All financial obligations are governed by our separate Pricing Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Key provisions include quarterly payments due on 15th May, 15th August, and 15th November, or annual payment by 15th May. All fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Della Junior reserves the right to terminate enrollment if a child's behavior poses ongoing safety risks to themselves or others, if required behavioral interventions are unsuccessful despite reasonable efforts, if parents fail to cooperate with recommended behavioral support strategies, or if professional assessment indicates that Della Junior cannot meet the child's needs.
Consistent attendance is essential for optimal learning and development. Parents must notify Della Junior of any planned or unexpected absences. Absences exceeding 15 consecutive days may result in enrollment review. Fees are not adjusted for absences, holidays, or temporary closures.
