1. Service Delivery
Della Junior Pre-School & Day Care. provides educational and childcare services. There are no physical products to be shipped. Our services are delivered through:
- Enrollment Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the enrollment process, including submission of all required documents and payment of applicable fees, parents will receive an official enrollment confirmation.
- Access to Programs: Enrolled children will gain access to their respective educational programs and facilities as per the agreed-upon start date.
- Communication & Updates: Regular updates, progress reports, and important announcements will be delivered through our primary communication channels, including the LilTriangle app, email, and scheduled parent-teacher conferences.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Enrollment Confirmation: Enrollment confirmation will be sent via email within 3-5 business days of receiving all completed documentation and payment.
- Program Access: Access to educational programs commences on the official start date of the academic session or as otherwise agreed upon during enrollment.
- Communication & Updates: Daily updates via the LilTriangle app are provided at the end of each school day. Weekly or monthly newsletters and progress reports will be shared as per the academic calendar.
3. Important Notes
- Digital Delivery: All confirmations, updates, and educational resources are primarily delivered digitally.
- Physical Access: Physical access to the preschool premises is granted upon successful enrollment and adherence to all school policies and safety protocols.
- Contact Information: It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that all contact information, especially email addresses and phone numbers, are accurate and up-to-date to ensure timely delivery of communications.
