1. Fee Structure and Non-Refundable Policy

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all fees paid for enrollment, tuition, and any additional services (including but not limited to meal programs, transportation, and extended care) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This policy applies regardless of:

• The reason for withdrawal (voluntary or involuntary).
• The timing of the withdrawal (before or after the commencement of services).
• Absences, holidays, or temporary closures.

2. Cancellation by Parent/Guardian (Withdrawal)

If a parent/guardian chooses to withdraw their child from Della Junior Pre-School & Day Care.:

• A 30-day written notice is required for voluntary withdrawal.
• No refunds will be issued for any fees already paid, including tuition for the current or upcoming academic periods.
• Any outstanding fees up to the date of withdrawal (or the end of the notice period, whichever is later) must be settled.

3. Involuntary Termination by Della Junior

Della Junior reserves the right to terminate a child's enrollment under certain circumstances, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Non-payment of fees.
• Violation of school policies or these Terms.
• Unresolved behavioral concerns.
• Health or safety concerns that cannot be reasonably accommodated.
• Failure to provide required documentation or cooperation.

In the event of involuntary termination by Della Junior, no refunds will be issued for any fees already paid.

4. Refund Timeline

As per our non-refundable policy, there is no refund timeline as refunds are not provided.

5. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to our non-refundable fee policy, except as may be explicitly required by applicable law.
